On the crest of the town of Canelli stands a Latin inscription "For praeclara" as saying "to illustrious achievements." And it is a prophecy written of what happened, because the town of Canelli has witnessed a great event in the field of wine: 150 years ago was born here the first Italian sparkling wine. 

We attributed this name to our line of wines for special occasions, as a gesture of gratitude towards the first Italian city of sparkling wine. Each bottle of our classic method sparkling wine, can boast the thousandth. In fact, we decided to produce only in vintages that reach a framework and aromatic acid that can withstand aging important.
